• Deliver a meaningful and predictable senior/retiree tax relief program.

• Enforce real fiscal discipline to slow tax growth and reduce waste.

• Make government budgeting transparent and accountable so taxpayers know where every dollar goes.

• Set clear limits on high-density, multi-unit projects that overwhelm schools, roads, and first responders.

• Prioritize redevelopment and reinvestment in existing commercial areas before adding new density.

• Involve residents early and often, not after decisions are already made.

• Increase public access to budget information, development proposals, and long-term planning.

• Bring back genuine two-way communication between Town Hall and residents.
